Overview
The Kwikflo KPPS1200 1200L Stormwater Pump Station is a pre-assembled, freestanding poly pump station supplied with an Aline Sabre AL1500-1A 1.5kW 240V automatic drainage pump and a gastight 600mm x 600mm poly lid. It is the stormwater and drainage counterpart to our sewer KPPS1200 package, fitted with a drainage pump in place of a cutter pump. Built for basement pump-away, residential and light commercial installations where wastewater has to be lifted from below the mains line, it arrives with the internal valves and pipework already fitted.

The Stormwater Version of the KPPS1200
The KPPS1200 tank is the same unit used in our sewer pump station package. What changes is the pump inside it.
The sewer package carries an ALC750 high head cutter pump, built to shred solids in raw sewage. This stormwater package carries the AL1500-1A drainage pump, an open multi-vane vortex design suited to greywater, stormwater and basement drainage where cutting is not required. If the duty is sewage with solids, the cutter version is the correct choice.
Pre-Assembled to Cut Site Time
The internal components are fitted before the station leaves the factory: ball valve, non-return valve, barrel unions and the PVC interconnecting pipework.
The inlet pipe penetration is not pre-drilled and is to be installed by the plumber to suit the incoming invert level on site. A BSP outlet is moulded into the tank.
The pump is boxed separately for transit and is easily mounted on site.
Tank Dimensions and Access
The tank stands 1600mm tall with a 1075mm outer diameter across the ribs and a 1020mm body diameter. The moulded top plate is 720mm x 720mm and the access opening is 600mm x 600mm.
The standard poly lid suits non-trafficable and above-ground positions. Where the station sits under a trafficable area, galvanised grate, Class B and Class D solid top covers are available, along with 150mm and 300mm poly risers for deeper installations.
The AL1500-1A Drainage Pump
The pump is a 1.5kW (2.0 HP) single phase submersible drainage pump with a cast iron body and cast iron impeller, running a ceramic-graphite and silicon carbide alloy mechanical seal.
The open multi-vane vortex impeller keeps a clear path through the pump, so soft solids up to 20mm pass rather than wrap and clog. It is rated to 5m submersible depth, liquid temperatures up to 40°C, and a maximum of 20 starts per hour. It can be installed free standing or mounted on optional guide rails.
Maximum flow is 500 LPM. The pump delivers 680 LPM at 5m, 570 LPM at 8m, 410 LPM at 11m, 250 LPM at 14m, 100 LPM at 17m.

Installation Information
The station is freestanding and does not require a mounting kit or base. The pump is boxed separately for transit and mounted on site.
Important installation considerations include:
- The inlet penetration is not pre-drilled and must be cut by the plumber to suit the incoming invert.
- Pumps and floats must be accessible from the tank entry point. If confined space entry is needed, notify Aline prior to booking, as additional charges apply.
- It is recommended that the site be assessed by a qualified professional to identify and mitigate any risks related to hydrostatic pressure prior to installation.
- Electrical connection must be carried out by a licensed electrician.
- Do not exceed the pump's 5m submersible depth or 40°C liquid temperature.
- Set float levels so the pump does not exceed 20 starts per hour.
- Select a load-rated cover where the station sits under a trafficable area.
- Confirm the duty point against the pump performance curve for the head at your site.

Aline's specification table lists a maximum flow of 500 LPM while also quoting 680 LPM at 5m head, which cannot both hold. The brochure page documents the manual AL1500-1; this station is supplied with the automatic AL1500-1A, which carries an integrated float. Confirm the duty point against the current manufacturer's curve before ordering.

Order Processing and Shipping Information
We ship with TNT Express, Border Express, and Star Track Express. Orders placed before 12 pm (noon) on weekdays are dispatched the same day. High-demand periods may cause slight delays. Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email.

Order Confirmation Email
After successfully placing an order with us, you will promptly receive an Order Confirmation email. This email serves as an acknowledgment that we have received your order and are processing it.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and we've processed the payment, it will ship within two business days from your order date. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you haven't received shipping confirmation within five business days, please reach out to us at sales@waternex.com.au.
For freight, we partner with courier companies: Northline, COPE, TNT Express, Allied Express, or an available courier. You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Please note: our delivery service is limited to ground-floor locations, known as Kerbside Delivery. Your order will be delivered to the nearest ground-floor access point at your address. For larger, bulky items (over 70 kg), delivery is through a tailgate via truck. Bulky items may need more than one person for handling, so please make sure there is an additional person on site.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24 hours.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We prioritise processing your order quickly. Once you place an order, it's typically dispatched within two business days. Considering dispatch and shipping times, your order will typically arrive within 2 to 8 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and actual times may vary.
Damages
Upon receiving your item(s), inspect the package carefully. If damage is found, take photographs for documentation and refuse the delivery. Then, promptly contact us at sales@waternex.com.au for further instructions.
Item Not Received
If your order has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us via email. We will collaborate with our shipping department and delivery agent to resolve the delay promptly. In line with our commitment to customer satisfaction and Australian Consumer Law, customers may be eligible for a full refund or replacement in cases of extended delays or lost shipments confirmed by our courier partners. We will work directly with the courier to resolve such cases and keep you informed every step of the way.

Initiating a Return
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at sales@waternex.com.au with your order number. We will guide you through the return process.
Condition for Return
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unopened and including all original packaging and accessories. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that you use a traceable method, such as registered post or a courier, when sending back items. Additionally, you are responsible for any lost parcels during the return process.
Exchange or Store Credit

Refund Processing Time
The refund processing time is 10 days.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Cancellations before shipment will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after shipment will follow our 30-day return policy, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns of certified pre-owned or used items are not accepted. Waternex serves customers intending to use products for their full economic life; orders intended for temporary or one-time use are not eligible for return.
