Overview
The Tuhorse 500W Solar Surface Jet Pump is a solar pressure pump for drawing water from shallow bores, tanks, dams and rivers and lifting it to a tank or through a pressure line. It runs directly from solar with an MPPT auto control box and needs no inverter or battery bank. It is supplied as the pump and control box, ready to pair with your solar panels.

Flow depends on the head it is pumping against: 15 L/min at 25m, 26 L/min at 20m, 40 L/min at 14m, 47 L/min at 10m, 50 L/min at 5m.

MPPT Auto Control Box
The control box runs maximum power point tracking, pulling the best available power from the panels as light changes through the day. Motor speed is adjustable, low power protection is built in, and it accepts water sensors for level control.

When will it arrive, and what does freight cost?
Freight is included in the price shown. Orders placed before 1pm dispatch the same business day to VIC, NSW and QLD, with free express shipping Australia-wide.
Delivery is kerbside with tailgate, so you will need someone on site to receive it and a way to move the unit into position.
Can I return it if I order the wrong one?
Returns are accepted within 30 days on unused stock in its original packaging. Contact us for a return authority before sending anything back.
Returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing without prior consultation are at the customer's expense, which is exactly why we would rather spend ten minutes on the phone before you order.
Do I need a licensed plumber and electrician?
Yes. Plumbing connections must be made by a licensed plumber and the final electrical connection by a licensed electrician, to an RCD-protected circuit. Packaged units arrive pre-assembled, so both trades are on site for a fraction of the time a site-built system takes.
What is covered by warranty?
Manufacturer warranty applies to every product we supply, covering correctly installed units used within their rated duty. Warranty terms vary by brand and model - the period for this product is listed in the specifications above, or call us and we will confirm it.
Do you offer trade pricing or project quantities?
