The Kwikflo Dual 900L, 1200L & 2000L Pump Station is a pre-assembled packaged pump station supplied with two pumps, in-tank valves and pipework, a control panel and float set, and a poly lid. Built to lift sewage, blackwater and trade waste from below the sewer line, it arrives ready to drop in — the site work is connecting the inlet, the discharge and the power.

Why Dual Pumps
A dual station runs two pumps in a duty/standby arrangement through a control panel. If one pump fails or the inflow spikes, the second takes over — so the station keeps running instead of backing up. That redundancy is why dual stations are specified for apartment blocks, commercial buildings, civil works and any site where an overflow is unacceptable.
Pre-Assembled to Cut Site Time
The internal components are fitted before the station leaves the factory: ball valves, non-return valves, barrel unions and the PVC interconnecting pipework, plus the control panel and float set on dual units.
The inlet penetration is not pre-drilled — it's cut by the plumber to suit the incoming invert on site. A moulded BSP outlet is provided.
Choosing the Pump
Strainer / drainage pumps (AL series) suit stormwater, greywater and drainage where the water carries no sewage solids.
Cutter pumps (ALC series) shred solids at the intake, so they handle blackwater — anything with a toilet in the run.
Grinder pumps (ALG series) go a step further, grinding waste to a fine slurry for long pump runs and higher heads.
Specifying a drainage pump on a sewage duty is the most common and most expensive mistake on these systems — it will block.

Installation Information
The station is freestanding and does not require a base or mounting kit. Pumps are boxed separately for transit and fitted on site.
- The inlet penetration is not pre-drilled and must be cut to suit the incoming invert.
- Pumps and floats must be accessible from the tank entry point. Notify Aline before booking if confined space entry is required, as additional charges apply.
- Have the site assessed by a qualified professional for hydrostatic pressure risk prior to installation.
- Electrical connection must be carried out by a licensed electrician.
- 415V models require three-phase supply — confirm site power before ordering.
- Select a load-rated cover where the station sits under a trafficable area.
- Confirm the duty point against the pump curve for the head and flow at your site.

Delivery & returns
The details worth knowing before you order.
When will it arrive, and what does freight cost?
Freight is included in the price shown. Orders placed before 1pm dispatch the same business day to VIC, NSW and QLD, with free express shipping Australia-wide.
Delivery is kerbside with tailgate, so you will need someone on site to receive it and a way to move the unit into position.
Can I return it if I order the wrong one?
Returns are accepted within 30 days on unused stock in its original packaging. Contact us for a return authority before sending anything back.
Returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing without prior consultation are at the customer's expense, which is exactly why we would rather spend ten minutes on the phone before you order.
Do I need a licensed plumber and electrician?
Yes. Plumbing connections must be made by a licensed plumber and the final electrical connection by a licensed electrician, to an RCD-protected circuit. Packaged units arrive pre-assembled, so both trades are on site for a fraction of the time a site-built system takes.
