Overview
The Midea M Series M20 (70C preset) is an external continuous flow gas water heater delivering 20 litres per minute at a 25C rise with a 6.7 star energy rating. It heats water only when a tap is opened, so there is no storage tank and no standing heat loss. Pre-set to 70C for tempered and ring-main systems that run a tempering valve, and available in Natural Gas and LPG.

Hot Water Only When You Need It
A continuous flow unit has no storage tank. It sits idle until a tap opens, then a flow sensor fires the burner and heats the water as it passes through the heat exchanger. When the tap closes the burner shuts down, so there is no standing heat loss from keeping a tank hot around the clock.

When will it arrive, and what does freight cost?
Freight is included in the price shown. Orders placed before 1pm dispatch the same business day to VIC, NSW and QLD, with free express shipping Australia-wide.
Delivery is kerbside with tailgate, so you will need someone on site to receive it and a way to move the unit into position.
Can I return it if I order the wrong one?
Returns are accepted within 30 days on unused stock in its original packaging. Contact us for a return authority before sending anything back.
Returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing without prior consultation are at the customer's expense, which is exactly why we would rather spend ten minutes on the phone before you order.
Do I need a licensed plumber and electrician?
Yes. Plumbing connections must be made by a licensed plumber and the final electrical connection by a licensed electrician, to an RCD-protected circuit. Packaged units arrive pre-assembled, so both trades are on site for a fraction of the time a site-built system takes.
What is covered by warranty?
Manufacturer warranty applies to every product we supply, covering correctly installed units used within their rated duty. Warranty terms vary by brand and model - the period for this product is listed in the specifications above, or call us and we will confirm it.
